Job Summary

Learning Facilitator 3 (Automotive Technical Trainer Sr)

Working Scheme:
Face to Face (Client Office)

Responsibilities

Deliver practical courses for brand technicians in accordance with company guidelines, methods and principles.
Serve as a mentor to future trainers through collaboration, direct teaching, daily practice and problem solving with a positive and dynamic approach.
Prepare classrooms, vehicles and equipment required to deliver the courses with maximum effectiveness.
Carry out administrative processes required to control the training processes of the brand's technical staff.
Constantly update both in automotive technology and in education and facilitation techniques.
Safeguard and maintain company facilities and assets entrusted to him as part of his job
Travel to the different places in the country to deliver courses, carry out evaluations or even receive training.
Develop content for special brand events.
Review translations and translate training material.
Facilitate support and interact with internal areas of the client.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years' demonstrable experience as an instructor at the automotive technical level in schools, automotive dealers or commercial.
Experience of 4 recent years using advanced service information for any make of vehicle for diagnostic and repair purposes.
Experience of 4 recent years executing automotive service processes on late model vehicles either as a technician, supervisor, service/aftersales manager or technical assistance.
Technically strong; fluent in technical ideas/concepts.
Fluent in English
Background as graduated Automotive Engineer, Mechanical and /or Electrical Engineer or similar.
