Your Mission: As our Sustaining Engineer, based in Mexicali and reporting to the Manager, Engineering, your role will be pivotal applying scientific and technical knowledge in the design, development, and implementation of engineering models, tools, and/or processes. You'll be responsible for planning and directing engineering programs/projects, setting priorities and allocating resources, and making necessary decisions on day-to-day operating matters. This role is responsible for cross-discipline activities and cannot be assigned to a specific engineering specialty.
