Job Title
Short Cycle Salesperson/RM

he role involves:

developing and maintaining close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.


This position will be responsible for:
Achieve sales target oriented to impact revenue & average contract value

New customers attraction, deep knowledge in consultative sales processes & techniques

Growth and maintain current customer's portfolio

Creating strategic business partnerships with clients and developing C-level relationships

Identifying solution cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Maintaining knowledge and awareness of key industry trends and best practices.

Creating strategies to deliver consistent quality performance to revenue goals.

Providing customer intelligence to sales and marketing management in order to position our offerings effectively.

Regular client engagement that will increase client loyalty and overall relationship value.

Developing internal relationships within Company and assisting in the vetting and prioritization of custom client needs or inquiry resolution.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum 5 years' business to business sales experience selling non tangibles

Proven business development skills

Strong business acumen

Background in risk management and/or familiarity of fintech and banking solutions industry a strong plus

Success in establishing and accomplishing challenging personal goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills expressing concepts

Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to different personalities

Excellent presentation skills

Strong organization and project management skills, ability to work independently

Demonstrates good problem solving and analytical skills

Must have the ability to develop team relationships

PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
