    We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is not just skilled in coding but also experienced in team leadership and architecture decision-making.

    Role Overview:


    As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be at the heart of our engineering process, building solutions that are scalable and sustainable.

    You will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, making high-level architectural decisions, and ensuring project deliverables are met with high standards.


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Work across our full tech stack, including Angular, , PostgreSQL, and Python, to implement frontend and backend services.
    • Architect robust solutions to improve functionality and user experience across our platforms.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Ensure code integrity and organization by conducting code reviews and optimizing performance.
    • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Digital Ocean to ensure scalability and security.
    • Hold the development team accountable for their deliverables, ensuring timely and quality outputs.

    Qualifications:


    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of projects.
    • Expertise in frontend technologies, particularly Angular and , and backend development with Python.
    • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.
    • Experience with cloud services, especially AWS and Digital Ocean.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make highlevel decisions.
    • Strong communication skills and accountability in a team setting.

    $1,000,000.00 per year
