    ExperiênciaEn sector Inmobiliario, analizando modelos financieros, conocimiento de proyectos de inversión, indicadores financieros. (TIR, margen, utilidades, etc.)
    MisiónCoordinar y analizar la información necesaria para la creación de nuevos proyectos y factibilidad de los mismos; elaborando presentaciones e informes de factibilidad.


    FuncionesResponsable de recopilar información (financiera, arquitectónica, comercial, legal) de los proyectos a analizar:

    Verificar precios y competencia en el mercado según el tipo de producto (residencial, hotel, comercial, industrial, venta, renta, etc.) y poder cruzarlo en el modelo financiero y estados de resultadosResponsable de hacer corridas financieras y reportes de Análisis de Sensibilidad (precio de venta, inflación, TIR, metros de construcción, metros rentables, etc.)



    Análisis de Apalancamiento para el proyecto de inversión
    RequisitosAdministración Financiera, Economía, Ing. Industrial
    ExperiênciaAnalizando modelos financieros, conocimiento de proyectos de inversión, indicadores financieros. (TIR, margen, utilidades, etc.)
