JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of Role- Back office of the events and manages logistics & payments to have smooth events in a tight deadline/Budget.- Interact with key sponsors, suppliers and clients in order to pull together complex events.- Help coordinating events on-site.

KPI ́s:
Satisfaction Surveys, Feedback From Key Stakeholders From the department, effective Budget Management, Improvement on Registration & attendance procedures. Environmental consumptions, impact in our local communities, employee's engagement

Accountabilities & Weighting- Manage event back-office process accurately- Continued improvement of processes - project manager skills.

Challenges- Able to perform under stress.- Flexibility.- Organized and detail orientated.
