We are looking for a Chief of Staff at RappiCard to work closely with our CEO as we build out the bank of the future.

As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for core aspects of the business' operations and gain exposure to all elements of running a startup.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

Act as the right hand to the CEO, assisting in strategic planning, goal-setting, and decision-making.
Help coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders.
Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, fostering a strong company culture.
Support the identification and management of key partnerships.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings, conferences, and investor relations.
Manage some daytoday operations, ensuring efficient processes and workflows across the organization.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the company by actively participating in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
