Objective

Support the selection & onboarding processes including tools, assessment and methods ensuring best in class experience to attract & onboard talent into the Organization.

Main Responsibilities

Support documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process
Support the administration of talent acquisition KPIs

Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Administration Engineering, Organizational Psychology
Communication (oral and written) skills required
Proactive & Organized
Highly driven
English proficient required
Spanish proficient desired
