    ¿Cuál es tu propósito en esta posición?    Coordinar el departamento comercial en una de las arrendadoras mas competitivas del país. El propósito es ayudar a mas empresas a encontrar fuentes de financiamiento para generar crecimiento y optimización económica.


    Actividades principales:


    • Desarrollo de estrategias de ventas responsable de desarrollar estrategias efectivas para aumentar las ventas de productos financieros. Esto implica la identificación de oportunidades de mercado, segmentación de clientes y establecimiento de metas de ventas.
    • Gestión del equipo de ventas: El gerente de ventas supervisa y lidera al equipo de ventas, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y apoyo para garantizar que alcancen sus objetivos individuales y colectivos.
    • Análisis de mercado y competencia: El gerente de ventas debe realizar un análisis continuo del mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades
    • Reportes y análisis de desempeño: El gerente de ventas es responsable de generar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de ventas, incluyendo el seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs)
