- Degree in Business Administration, Engineer or related areas;

- Knowledge in SAP CRM;
- Committed and Proactive;
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;
- Optimistic and resilient;
- Adaptable, can identify the urgency of tasks and prioritize the tasks accordingly.
- Coordinate field service engineers dispatch to service Rockwell products at customer locations to support our users;
- Support to solve issues;
- Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices.
- Support Global Projects;
- Identify trends and escalate to the proper channel.
