About the Position:

As a _Lead React Native Developer _you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Protect software quality and stability
Good deployment and rollback strategies
Protect user experience
Have transparency with product teams about risks and challenges
Foster team abilities and team growth
Keep tech debt in line
Resolve team conflicts, be a mediator
Keep track of user feedback
Requirements:
Upper
intermediate English proficiency
5+ years of experience working with React Native (CLI or Expo)
Have some knowledge of native development or integration into react native projects, with at least one platform, either iOS or Android, and some experience with a mobile native language: Objective-C, Swift, Java or Kotlin
Experience with Typescript & Javascript
Deep understanding of design architectures and patterns
Experience with RESTful API
Knowledge of latest mobile emerging technologies, architectures, and trends
Strong problemsolving skills, a detailoriented mindset, and capable of collaborating across teams
Understanding the principles of the operation of HTTP, WebSockets

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Unit and UI tests
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Understanding of GraphQL
Prior experience working with CI/CD
