About the Position:


As a _Lead React Native Developer _you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Protect software quality and stability
  • Good deployment and rollback strategies
  • Protect user experience
  • Have transparency with product teams about risks and challenges
  • Foster team abilities and team growth
  • Keep tech debt in line
  • Resolve team conflicts, be a mediator
  • Keep track of user feedback
    Requirements:
  • Upper
  • intermediate English proficiency
  • 5+ years of experience working with React Native (CLI or Expo)
  • Have some knowledge of native development or integration into react native projects, with at least one platform, either iOS or Android, and some experience with a mobile native language: Objective-C, Swift, Java or Kotlin
  • Experience with Typescript & Javascript
  • Deep understanding of design architectures and patterns
  • Experience with RESTful API
  • Knowledge of latest mobile emerging technologies, architectures, and trends
  • Strong problemsolving skills, a detailoriented mindset, and capable of collaborating across teams
  • Understanding the principles of the operation of HTTP, WebSockets

Nice-To-Have Skills:


  • Unit and UI tests
  • Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Understanding of GraphQL
  • Prior experience working with CI/CD
