Description


Responsible for cleaning, expanding, and maintaining the structure of systems' databases and managing the input of information into the company's systems to support all functional activities of Product Lifecycle Management.

Furthermore, will support to reduce the current project timelines by centralizing tasks to a single user.


Role Responsibilities and Scope

  • All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline_
  • Creation and setup of new local SKUs and local BOMs, ensuring all systems are ready on time to manufacture, deliver, and invoice orders.
  • Creation and setup of new customers in EBS and of new delivery locations, ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
  • Oracle EBS/Cloud troubleshooting and investigates change related issue questions raised by users.
  • Support US and MX teams with the creation of US based SKUs and BOMs for urgent import requests.
  • Establish KPIs to track systems' and SKU's performance.
  • Monitors and maintains progress of change requests, change orders, and projects to ensure timelines. Monitors new items, trends, and anomalies.
  • Reports trends, progress, anomalies and lessons learned.
  • Completes ECOs, ECRs, archives data objects, and maintains system of Product Data Record.
  • Administers the complete change management process both systematically and functionally for the entire product lifecycle.
  • Quickly perform root cause analyses to solve issues and propose countermeasures to fix and avoid error to reoccur.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar.
years of experience in a similar role working administrating and cleaning databases.

  • Basic usage of MS Office package, with solid MS Excel knowledge.
  • Desirable experience with SAP, Oracle or any ERP system.
  • Fluent in spoken English (required).
  • Valid Visa and Passport with availability to travel would be a plus.
