Bilingual Intake Specialist (English & Spanish)

Are you fluent in both Spanish and English, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a background in employment law and a solid understanding of the legal industry? If so, we want to hear from you eCustom Solutions is seeking a talented Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients in both Spanish and English to gather essential information and provide initial assistance.
Utilize your expertise to effectively communicate the value of our legal services and guide potential clients through the intake process.
Provide clear and accurate information about our firm's services, processes, and procedures.
Accurately record and maintain client information in our system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is a must.
Must be an experienced Intake Specialist.
Minimum of 1 years proven legal experience.
Previous experience in employment law is a plus.
Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Compensation:

Competitive rate:
$5 to $7 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
