Job Description:

Core activities - 85%:

Structured evaluation: applies defined Lean methods & tools for analyzing the current situation.
Experience cooperation: enables and coaches associates and managers to define and introduce Lean Management Standards.
Establish a base for continuous improvement.
Develops and challenges the best solutions for transforming units.
Provides status of Lean Management progress to plant management and AE division on a frequent basis.
Takes responsibility: act as a role model with respect to feedback & coaching, including AE Leadership principles such as Passion, Courage, Voices, Focus, Customer & Partner.
Integrated implementation: taking over tool

- and/or topic ownership.

Additional activities 15%
Support on preparations for official visitor's presentations, plant tour and visualization.
Supports Policy deployment.
Participate in Bosch initiatives.
CIP suggestions promoting.
Participate and support quality, ESD, safety and environmental plant goals.
