We are in search of a Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant team

You will be the heartbeat of our customer service efforts, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of all communication in our database in a comprehensible way.
Tackle challenges by understanding and resolving problems; passionately exploring diverse solutions; and escalating unresolved matters.
Demonstrating a positive attitude while engaging in a fun and challenging work environment.
Maintains outstanding quality assurance results plus working knowledge of compliance guidelines.

Education/skills:

Fluent in English both written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

13 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.

Skills:

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and call control.
Strong MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and typing skills required.
Strong Customer Service skills.
Open minded; able to set aside personal feelings.

Benefits:

Fulltime Monday-Friday 8am5:00pm (No Weekends. No Evenings).
Salary: $19,161.00 gross per month.
Attendance bonus $2,000.00 MXN.
Unlimited customer service bonus.
Referral program up to $500 Dlls.
Standard law benefits.
Work Location: Close to Plaza Reforma 222, Metrobus Hamburgo.
