What is this role about?:

As an
Appointment Setter, you will serve as the first point of contact to customers and must be focused on providing an excellent customer experience at all times.

In addition, this person must have the confidence to make quick and accurate decisions, use independent judgment on unfamiliar customer needs, foster great customer relationships and have the ability to determine when inquiries should be escalated.

What awaits you in this role:

Answer inbound customer referral phone calls, and schedule as many appointments as possible from referring doctors and admins
Schedule appointments with the Client's local office that is most convenient to the patient
Utilize internal program for scheduling appointments
Utilize client's text messaging meeting reminder tools to limit the number of "noshow" appointments
Manage all rescheduling for client's offices
Must have strong communication and organization skills. Must be detailoriented.
Utilize client's cloudbased phone platform in an internal communication system
Will work Mondays through Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time (CST)

What we are looking for:

Preferably has experience with medical accounts
Excellent verbal English
Excellent understanding of Southern accents
