Job duties and Responsibilities:


  • Controls portfolio Chronogram with PMO Director
  • Maintains PMO Methodology across the Portfolio (Process, techniques, tools. Etc.)
  • Provides training and mentorship to Sr. PMS about methodologies and tools.
  • Develops a performance evaluation plan of PMO personnel.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects (IT, banking, retail or logistics).
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in project management methodologies, processes, and tools. JIRA is a strong plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on reporting
  • Strong English is a plus
  • Experience with Global teams and with time flexibility
