Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage infrastructure and construction projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of various areas of schools, such as enrollment trends, financial performance, and educational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Heads of School and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address challenges.
  • Assist the CEO of the region in implementing global projects and initiatives within the region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with construction personnel, school administrators, and global teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and school administration to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to influence and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the region.

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the CEO of the region.
