This position is
full-time and
onsite Monday through Friday for an 8-hour shift (6-3, 7-4, or 8-5 local time), but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:

As an
Auditor, you will be responsible processing and auditing carrier invoices efficiently and expeditiously in accordance with carrier and/or customer contracts.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:

Enter carrier freight bills
Audit carrier freight bills
Investigate and respond to billing issues/inquiries
Understand LTL carrier pricing, tariffs, accessorial charges and reasons why invoices fail audit
Understand TL carrier pricing and reasons why invoices fail audit
Prepare and analyze data to manage carrier payables
Perform other clerical/office work as needed, including but not limited to answering phone calls, operating general office equipment (computer, scanner, fax)
Corresponding with internal teams as needed to ensure timely/accurate payment to carriers
Identify reasons why invoices fail audit and work with carriers or internal team members to resolve the issue
Effectively manage invoice work queues to ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner

You've Got This?

Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to read, analyze and interpret freight payment procedures and carrier pricing contracts
Ability to present information, responding to questions and providing answers to vendors and/or internal teams as it relates to carrier freight bills
Understanding of the LTL and Truckload transportation industry
Understanding of carrier pricing and invoice details
Ability to manage many different customer requirements for invoice audit
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and collaborate within a team environment
Basic understanding of Outlook, Excel, Teams Mercury Gate, and Zendesk.
