Description:

Position Summary


The main responsibilities are:

  • Create and provide training for new hires and uptraining for current agents.
  • Conduct 4 monthly QA evaluations
  • Function as QA Analyst.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly QA goals.
  • Follow and maintain new hire agenda.
  • Keep guideline documents updated for the team.
  • Accurately complete appropriate documentation for each evaluation performed.
  • Cross train into other programs and responsibilities as needed.
  • Train all new waves of agents for the different projects.
  • Assess and evaluate updates for internal processes and provide training as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience

  • 12 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center operations environment.
  • QA roles in call centers is a plus.
  • Training roles for multisites or remote environments is desired.
  • Bilingual proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Prior knowledge/experience in automotive industry an asset

Skills:


  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent spelling, articulate, tone sensitive. Proactive listener / reader.
  • Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures.
  • Demonstrated skills in training and elaboration of training material.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, time management and problemsolving skills
  • Strong Team building skills, to work well within a close team environment selfsufficient, resourceful and works well with mínimal supervision
  • Careful in data management and in error prevention. Handles information effectively.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, available, mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
  • Reliable, maintains acceptable attendance
  • Advance user of MS office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Other

  • Must be able to interact with all internal and external departments and contacts. Must represent Percepta professionally with all clients and external organizations and contacts.
