Overview
Serás responsable de ejecutar y asegurar que los procesos formativos cumplan los estándares de calidad, productividad definidos y comprometidos.

Así como de coordinar, asegurar e impartir la formación de onboarding e inducción para todos los colaboradores de nuevo ingreso.

Lo que harás:

Entender la necesidades de formación de negocio para realizar la planeación y ejecución
Realizar los armados de grupos e impartición de la formación de onboarding e inducción para todos los colaboradores de nuevo ingreso y promociones
Validar y asegurar que existan recursos e insumos actualizados requeridos para la formación
Coordinar la logística para la impartición de la formación lo cual incluye salas, instructores, invitaciones, viáticos, reprogramaciones y cancelaciones
Asegurar que la formación que recibe el colaborador se refleje en el sistema
Gestionar el proceso de pago a proveedores con las áreas responsables
Generar la información para dar seguimiento a las métricas de formación
