The Role:


As a key representative of the Performance Management Centre of Excellence, the Senior Performance Manager will drive data-led continuous improvement and alignment with best practice across the Sourcing Centre of Excellence (Sourcing Delivery, Attraction & Engagement & Insights) at a global level.


The primary focus of this role is to lead targeted improvement programs across the Sourcing Centre of Excellence to address underperformance, inefficiencies, emerging compliance requirements or continuous improvement opportunities.

The Senior Performance Manager will lead these ad-hoc change projects autonomously, guided by the strategic priorities of the Americas CoE and as set out by the Global MD of Permanent Sourcing and the Operations MD.

They will drive these changes by influencing and guiding CoE leaders, CSTs and Account Dedicated Performance Managers. Additional accountabilities include implementing training and development standards among the Regional Leads and Managers of the Sourcing CoE.


The Senior Performance Manager will report into the Global Head of Performance - Sourcing, working closely with the Global MD Sourcing, MD of Operations and other CST leaders to enable innovation and operational excellence.


Key Accountabilities:


INNOVATION

  • Drive implementation of AMSwide innovation initiatives (including SGG and standardization). Flag project opportunities to Head of Performance Management
  • Sourcing and support prioritization of initiatives in line with regional and AMS strategic objectives.
  • Develop Continuous Improvement plans across the CoE and with CSTs to drive productivity, NFI generation and strategic improvements to use of Sourcing tools and Technology
  • Advise on best practice for RFPs and new solutions including location strategy, spans of control, technology and process management

LEADERSHIP

  • Responsible for delivery and rollout of training and development standards in Regional CoEs and Analysts in Performance Management CoE
  • Coaching of Performance Analysts in team. Have regular performance and career conversations to support their development.

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE

  • Lead adhoc projects on a specific area e.g. roll out an initiative to address underperformance or Sourcing inefficiencies on a specific account, initiate a project to respond to changing regulations, lead an improvement initiative related to a specific type of hiring or service across multiple CoE's.
  • Analyse performance drivers to identify and share opportunities for metricled continuous improvement within the Sourcing CoE and agree with CoE leaders how best to achieve them including automation, improvements to standard processes and methodologies, sharing of best practice, related to CI initiatives.
  • Particular attention and support provided to PM's on accounts going through implementation or transformations.
  • Support Sourcing CoE Leadership with the collation and governance of strategic initiatives.

Skills & Experience:


Required:


  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement through successful performance management
  • Experience analyzing data with the use of metrics, benchmarks, ratios and forecasting techniques
  • Prior experience leading business transformation programs, process reengineering and change management
  • Advanced analytical and logical reasoning skills; able to discern patterns within information and cut through complexity to diagnose the heart of a problem
  • Skilled at storytelling with data presenting datadriven insights in a succinct and compelling manner
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage a P&L of millions of dollars. Track record of managing complex budgets successfully, driving sizeable cost reductions and efficiency gains
  • Demonstrable understanding of regional regulatory, compliance and risk implications of business decisions
  • Experience of managing matrixed, remote teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build a position as a trusted advisor
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders towards a course of action
  • Demonstrated innovative mindset open to new ideas, tak
