We are currently hiring a Sourcing Specialist to support our client Diebold Nixdorf - a world-leading banking solutions and retail technology systems company that help banks, credit unions and retailers meet the needs of connected consumers. Diebold Nixdorf employs approximately 25,000 employees in more than 130 countries around the world.

The Role:


Key Accountabilities:


  • Fully utilize relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
  • Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
  • Manage job board advertising or Client careersite postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum
  • Interface between Recruiters and agencies when required, gaining necessary information to ensure both parties remain informed
  • Ensure regular communication with Client Services team to understand ongoing requirements and to share progress of activity
  • Maintain agreed service levels and targets
  • Appropriately escalate any issues in relation to the supply of effectiveness
  • Participate and contribute within team meetings

Skills & Experience:


  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
  • Experience of directly engaging with endclients
  • Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the clientspecific requirements
