- Manages administration and operation of the warehouse (internal and external).
- Oversees that materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures.
- Directs and supervises warehouse staff.
- Reviews effectiveness of operating procedures, warehouse health checks, space utilization, and material flow.
- Assesses cost effectiveness and feasibility of warehouse / MRO processes; makes and implements recommendations to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Prepares and implements the budget for warehouse, MRO, shipping, receiving, 3PL.
- Partner with local and remote teams of planning, quality, design, operational excellence, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or equivalent experience in field.
- Advanced English level.
- Minimum 3+ years as Warehouse Manager or similar experience.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and health checks.
- Desired APICS certification / training.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Effective communication, presentation and conflict management skills.
- Ability to drive change in a positive manner despite challenges to timelines, deliverables, and resources.

Job Description
The Warehouse Manager manages administration and operation of the warehouse, plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of warehouse and inventory facilitating efficient operations across the organization. Oversees that materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported in accordance with established procedures. Directs and supervises warehouse staff. Reviews effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and protection of equipment. Makes recommendations for improvements as required. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
