As a Community Association Manager (CAM), you will be responsible for:
- Main point of contact for each association's board directors, performing any necessary tasks as directed by each board.
- Prepare board meeting agendas, create board meeting packets
- Supervise construction projects and largescale maintenance functions.
- Attend and facilitate regular, special, annual, and emergency board meetings and executive sessions.
- Process elections, special assessments, or other secret ballot votes.
- Ensure all statutory requirements (Davis-Stirling, local, state, and federal codes, etc.) are met for each association, such as annual financial review, tax returns, reserve study review, policy and budget disclosures, maintenance, and insurance renewals.
- Ensure the association's governing documents and policies are uptodate and make recommendations for board changes as necessary.
- Interface with legal counsel on any matters requiring guidance from a legal professional.
- Provide guidance and direction to the Assistant Community Manager (ACM), staff on maintenance, or association onsite support team.

Requirements:
- BA degree.
- 13 years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager, Project Manager, or similar position.
- Superior management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Propensity to undertake tasks and projects under their own initiative
