They're a team of professionals providing customized management services to community associations across the West of the U.S. They deliver custom approaches and solutions for clients to create a trusted and valued long-term partnership.

We are looking for an
_ACCOUNTANT__ _to support the following activities:

  • Maintain general ledger and journals to include monitoring accounts for discrepancies
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Conciliate AR and AP accounts
  • Elaborate financial statements
  • Analisis of budgets
  • Participation in Audit process
  • Endmonthclose activities

Requirements:

MUST:
Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)

  • 23 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience with Accrual and Cash accounting, reviewing budgets.
  • Excel skills
