    GENERALISTA DE RECURSOS HUMANOS

    REQUISITOS:

    • Lic. En Psicología Organizacional, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afínes)
    • Experiencia como generalista de RRHH o en un puesto similar (al menos 3-5 años).
    • Conocimiento profundo de las políticas, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de RRHH. (LFT)
    • Familiaridad con los sistemas HRIS y otras aplicaciones informáticas relacionadas con los RRHH.

    HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS:

    RESPONSABILIDADES:

    • Apoyar a los empleados y a la dirección con las políticas, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de RR.HH.
    • Gestionar el reclutamiento y la selección
    • Encargado de generar anuncios de empleo, la selección de currículum y las entrevistas
    • Redacción de ofertas de empleo.
    • Llevar a cabo la incorporación, orientación y formación de los nuevos empleados para una transición fluida
    • Administrar programas de prestaciones para empleados, como seguros médicos y planes de jubilación.
    • Mantener registros y garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y reglamentos.
    • Coordinar la gestión del rendimiento, la fijación de objetivos, las revisiones y el desarrollo de los empleados.
    • Gestionar las relaciones con los empleados, la resolución de conflictos, las medidas disciplinarias y las reclamaciones.
    • Ayudar a desarrollar y aplicar las políticas de RRHH en aras de la coherencia y la equidad.
    • Mantenerse al día de las tendencias en RRHH para hacer sugerencias de mejora continua.

    OFRECIMIENTO:

    • De $15,000 a $20,000 libres mensuales (pago por semana)
    • Seguro de gastos médicos menores
    • Prestaciones de ley

    HORARIO Y ZONA DE TRABAJO:

    Horario:
    Llunes a viernes de 9 am a 6 pm y Sábado de 9 am a 2 pm

    (Formato híbrido:

    3 días en la oficina a definir con el candidato)
