Major Responsibilities:

You will effectively lead team members, supplier partners and internal business partners through planning, development and implementation of learning solutions.
You will drive the development of training solutions to impact business performance.
You will work closely with respective internal partners.
You will build positive relationships and get results across vendor partners.
You will map out both short and long term strategic training objectives.
You will translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
You will see opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will evaluate vendor performance and improvements.
You will plan and execute the annual budget.
You will stay current on companywide and industry standard methodologies/trends in learning solutions; communicating these back to the business as needed.

Additional Job Description
English proficiency.

Bachelor degree in Business or similar.
