Summary:
The Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and
optimization of revenue streams This role involves analyzing financial data, identifying revenue
leakage points, implementing controls, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional
background in finance, revenue management, leadership skills, data analysis, and a keen eye for
detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze revenue transactions to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of revenue recognition
Risk Management:
- Identify areas of revenue leakage, including billing errors, contract discrepancies, and
- Implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard revenue streams.
Data Management:
- Collect, validate, and maintain financial data related to revenue streams, contracts, and
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to interpret data and generate insights for
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best
- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or auditing roles.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, experienced on Stripe, PayPal, Open
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
