Profile requirements:

years of Customer service or support experience.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing basic technical support.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customercentric approach.

Essential technologies and/or tools:


  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office
  • Jira

Main responsibilities:


  • Resolve incoming inquiries for internal and external customers via JIRA ticketing system and phone calls.
