Sales Executive I Urology
We are looking for a high skilled individual contributor results and customer oriented for Urology Portfolio in BSCI


We are looking for an energetic Regional Sales Executive to join our amazing team at Boston Scientific Corporation in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.


Academy:

  • Bachelor Degree Admon, Mkt / or career related to Medical Ing or Health Care
  • English fluent /Intermediate

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and develop your assigned territory: Executes territory sales plans and strategy in line with the Sales manager to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy in the north of Mexico, this position requires 40% to 50% of travel.
  • Develop and deepen key customer relationships: Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening longterm relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years relevant business experience, at least 3 years direct sales experience required
  • Documented sales success
  • Demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
  • Position based in Chihuahua, and travel to Durango and occasionally Monterrey and Cdmx.
  • Coordinates with the backoffice team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance etc.) to resolve customer and sales team requests.
  • Customer Oriented /experience working with HCP ́s / Hospitals and Distributors
  • Patient Centricity
Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical device experience and/or urology
  • Experience with hospitals and inoffice selling
  • Ability to present value proposition
  • Selling disruptive technologies
