- Legal & Compliance Function, Regional Cluster Teams, Tender & Bid Teams, Finance Function, Tender Control and Support Teams, Project Contract Managers, Sourcing Contract Managers
- Customers, Partners, Sub-contractors, Law firms, courts and dispute resolution instances.
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks
- Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement
- Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents
- Support the business in proactively managing and instructing litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters
- Handling of corporate law matters
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
- Objectives, targets and performance measurements are defined on a yearly basis in line with the company's financial targets, the General Counsel's objectives for the Legal, Compliance and Contract Management Function.
- Law degree in business law (Master II)
- LLM/ LLB
- At least 7years of relevant experience in an international business environment or law firm.
- Familiar with international contracts Previous exposure to international practice through studies or work experience
- Familiar with public tenders
- Excellent English language skills
- Private practice experience in international law firm is a plus
- Open-minded and solution oriented
- Teamwork spirit
