We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our team helping to Coordinate BDNA's full tax accounting and tax return preparation to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

In this position, you will be providing support to International Trade, Tax Compliance & ICT Director North America


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and facilitate the accurate and prompt filing of BDNA's state and federal income tax returns.
  • Manage the IFRS and statutory income tax provisions, effective tax rate analysis and corresponding account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate, followup and resolve the tax refund requests.
  • Receive, analyze, and respond all notifications and requests from the authorities.
  • Manage the IFRS and statutory income tax provisions, effective tax rate analysis and corresponding account reconciliations.
  • Complete the monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting schedules including income tax provisions, deferred taxes (local and IFRS) and the corresponding reconciliation of the total tax expense for HQ reporting and understand all tax accounts.
  • Supply all tax related information for the yearend hard close and final audit.
  • Being the main contact person for HQ for all taxrelated matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with domestic regulations and international transfer pricing guidelines.
  • Develop and implement convenient tax strategies and tax planning initiatives.
  • Standardization of Tax Processes.
  • Oversee all other tax compliance matters including sales tax, property tax, withholding tax, among others.
  • Monitor changes to tax regulations and their impact on BDNA operation.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (e.g., Accounting, Economics, etc.)
  • At least 7 years of experience in similar roles, working with manufacturing companies and preferably with corporate tax experience.
  • Full domain of current and deferred taxes.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid spreadsheet and complex modeling capabilities
