Job responsibilities:
Production Supervisor

Responsible for the production process Grinding and Turning:
Get the Production plan and Execute it on time

Take care of the safety of his direct reports by identifying and solving the safety conditions.

Follow the Quality standards to make sure no Quality spills at the customer

Supporting the bussines in equipment / Process relocation

Develope Direct Labor personal to produce at rate as well as perform Set Ups

Cost reduction execution strategies


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial

Leadership - Experience on leading production teams

Motivation, Sense of Urgency and business Accumen

Excell knowledge

SAP knowledge

English 50% written and spoken.
