Collections Analyst

SoftwareOne

Scope:
Full-time | Location: Mexico City

We are looking for an "Collections Analyst", will be responsible for the operation of NORAM and Canada._

Main responsibilities:

Management of the FINANCE.NA folder which manages customer responses to our sent invoices and statements, recording of payment information in the workbench, assignment of root cause reason codes, forwarding and annotation of customer discrepancies, etc.
Manual upload of invoices for portal customers.
Support for collections specialists with first, second attempt and proactive collections contacts.
Assist collections specialists to achieve the following results:
80% Current.
DSO < 40.
60+ AR < 5%.
Minimize bad debt losses.
Meet or exceed additional quarterly targets.

What we need to see from you:

What we need to see from you:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must.

- +1 year of experience in Collections area.

Basic knowledge of office administration, general finance and basic Excel.
Advanced English is required.

Nice to have:

FSSC experience is a plus.

Soft skills:

Assertive communication.
Customer service.
Attention to details.
Attitude, willingness.
