Responsibilities:

Responsible for mobile device security policy configuration and implementation; including Intune platform technical support. This involves management, configuration and technical implementation of our security polices for Company and BYOD device types.
Responsible for mobile device image configuration and implementation; including Intune platform technical support. This involves aligning business requirements, technical solutions, and technical support services for each mobile device class.
Responsible for optimization and administration of all Mobile Asset Inventory; including assets procured with or without mobile carrier contracts. This involves management, administration and implementation of mobile asset inventory and reporting.
Responsible for optimization and administration of all Mobile Asset Contracts; including contracts managed by IT, and contracts managed by business stakeholders. This involves management, administration and implementation of mobile contracts inventory and reporting.
Requires coordination with Digital Plant Program Leaders, IIT-OT Security, and IT-OT Support Leaders or Business Stakeholders who manage or administer regional or country specific mobile contracts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or related

3- 5 Years technical support experience with Intune platform, mobile technology configuration, authentication, certificate configuration, wireless LAN, 5G, and or LTE
