This position supports the management of all the commercial aspects with LEGO Suppliers to ensure the supply of MRO and Services to LOM on time and with the right level of quality agreed with our internal customers and stakeholders.


Relevant to support the operation of Procurement transactional activities focused on deliver the service level required for the Maintenance warehouse.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Manage very low complex product categories partial or full level of responsibility securing an optimal relationship between the Company and Supplier. This includes negotiation, legal contract creation and Supplier evaluation and its compliance to internal policies.
(Very low complex categories:

Non-bom categories)


  • Create, maintain and provide data in tools/platforms, reporting and KPIs used by the team to track performance and productivity.
  • Responsible for the document's control, data classification and physical archive based on internal policies and rules as GDPR and compliance.
  • Create and drive productivity and continuous improvement ideas contributing to the Category of participation and the team performance. This includes participating in Projects.
  • Comply with the Procurement Processes related to the Supply Chain Security Programs (CTPAT-OEA) and FSC through internal applicable processes and guidelines to comply with these Programs.
  • Digital skills (Power BI): Manage and develop visual and interactive insight for analyze from own area of responsibility.

EHS Related:

  • Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness.
  • Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area.
  • Provide support, participate proactively, and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.
  • Follow the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Recently graduated or Bachelor degree (International Business, Management, Engineering or related field)
  • At least 2 years of experience within Procurement processes specially for Indirect Procurement areas such as MRO.
  • At least 2 years of experience with MRO handling.

Hard Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team, proactive, customer service oriented, good communication skills (oral and written), analytic and good reporting skills.
  • Microsoft Office apps general knowledge level
  • Procurement and Supplier Management background or initial experience.
  • Experience working on data analysis and reporting from previous companies or projects.
  • SAP knowledge and/or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • English Fluent level.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical, communication and IT skills
  • Good problem solver
  • Results oriented, eager to get things done

This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position
