- Maintain a solid knowledge of local laws and regulations related to import/export licenses, registrations, and filings.
- Manage, audit and reconcile relevant information for assigned geographic area.
- Monitor import/export activity of all business units in assigned area and submit activity reports.
- Review license applications and registrations, responding to non-routine questions and acting as an escalation point for issues.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide guidance and direction on problems and issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant government organizations.
- Maintain a solid understanding of local export control laws and regulations and review defense and dual use programs.
- Review potential matches on restricted party assessments and complete due diligence investigations.
- Manage export control classification assignments and prepare documentation for controlled goods programs.
- Execute compliance audits and support improvement plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with government organizations.
- Action-oriented, able to meet opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm.

- Extensive knowledge in IMMEX program.
- Extensive knowledge in administration of import and export regulations and permits.
- Basic English.
- Preferred work experience of 3 to 5 years in the sector.
- University degree in bachelor's degree in international Trade, Foreign Trade or equivalent.
- Licenses required to comply with export regulations.
