Strategic Account Manager

Position Major Tasks

  • Manage more budget for Bayer products in assigned institutions
  • Guarantee reimbursement of BHC core products in Institutional Key Accounts
  • Interact with KDMS and influencers to shape public health policies that may have an impact on the products of BHC.
  • Coordinate all activities with the government supporting them across Dealers bidding processes, negotiating prices and BHC internally to monitor the activities and documentation necessary to submit bidsto government institutions
  • Analyze the performance of our products and competition in the institutions under their responsibility, and develop strategies to improve the performance of the products, coordinate and implement action plans internally and externally (Government Distributors and Institutions)
  • Work collaboratively with Market Access team, Marketing, Government Sales Force, Regulatory and Medical Affairs

Position Skills:


  • Education: Bachelor degree in

Management Areas:
Business Administration, Management, Sales, Accountancy or related areas. Master degree is a plus.

  • Skills: Results Oriented; Customer focus; Leadership; Action and Initiative; Responsibility and accountability; Team Spirit
  • Computer basic packages;
  • Intermediate level of English with a fluency in spoken English.
  • Experience: 6 years in pharma industry, with experience in government sales and market access functions. Having held a similar position in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
