    Actividades:

    Garantizar datos de alta calidad en los sistemas de recursos humanos (Workday) y garantizar la administración adecuada de todos los documentos y procesos administrativos relacionados con los recursos humanos.

    Ser apasionado por las herramientas digitales y su uso diario, así como promoverlo.

    Representar a Fronius México SA de CV como un empleador atractivo para los empleados actuales y futuros potenciales y desarrollar aún más las actividades de Employer BrandingGarantizar un proceso de contratación e incorporación transparente y bien organizado.

    Apoyar las medidas de desarrollo de empleados y liderazgoProporcionar salarios y beneficios atractivos con respecto a los requisitos locales (referencias de mercado, legales) y las estructuras de compensación globales de FroniusGarantizar la gestión adecuada del sistema de nómina e impulsar un mayor desarrollo.

    Desarrollo estratégico alineado con el Fronius Way 4.X y la estrategia global de RRHHDiseño y desarrollo de procesos nacionales de RRHH teniendo en cuenta los estándares de FroniusVelar por el cumplimiento de la normativa fiscal y laboralResponsable principal y persona de contacto en todos los temas de recursos humanos para empleados y gerentes de la filial nacional de FroniusResponsabilidad principal en lo que respecta al desarrollo y comunicación de Fronius México Union.
