About the role:


  • The Coordinator
  • Maintenance Master Data coordinates local maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP master data related to maintenance work management across the Manufacturing Centre, ensuring quality and security of data

What you will be doing:

a. Ensure that safety, health, and environmental procedures are adhered to within his/her work environment.
b.

Manage, prioritize and complete SAP master data changes requests in line with scope of change request and master data standards.

This includes assurance of management of change compliance prior to processing change.
c. Complete routine health checks of master data for completeness and compliance. This includes auditing compliance of master data changes by other roles where authorized. Advise Maintenance Planning Superintendent of improvement/compliance opportunities and implement improvements as agreed.
d.

Provide guidance to Reliability & Integrity engineers on improvements to, or optimum set-up for existing and proposed maintenance routines, material masters, etc.

e.

Assist in analysis of materials usage and BOM allocation for determining excess or surplus that may be scrapped or sold.

f. Complete ad hoc master data analysis tasks as required.
g. Deliver and support coaching and training across Mfg. Centre on master data and SAP systems and processes as required.
h. Actively identify, quantify and escalate legacy master data non-compliances gaps. Manage the implementation of approved corrective action plans.


What you will bring:

University degree desirable.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP or CMMS.
Master Data and Analytics are a plus.
Fluent English required.
