Site Construction Coordinator

PPG Industries:

As Site Construction Coordinator you will be in charge of negotiating and communicating to the store owners the remodeling projects for the stores.

You will fully coordinate the construction work of the stores and be the direct contact with the concessionaires to achieve the objective.

You will report to the Jr. Site Manager of Construction. You will be traveling in all Mexico for the projects, but you will be located in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the construction works for the stores and take responsibility in decision making for all Mexico.
Follow up on quotations and know market prices to negotiate with store owners.
Follow the complete internal administrative process to accomplish the construction project.
Communicate with the necessary areas (internal and external) to complete the work projects.
Be responsible for your construction projects, reporting directly to the Jr. Construction Manager.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in construction management.
Education in architecture or related
Availability to travel
Knowledge in AutoCad, Office and NeoData are necessary.
Qualifications such as negotiation, decisionmaking and assuming responsibilities are necessary.
