TotalCare is a fast-growing medical clinic in Southern California. We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English call center agent to assist with answering phone calls from our patients. No medical experience is required. Work from the convenience of your home while helping patients receive better healthcare


Job qualifications
High school graduate
Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
Quiet home office work environment

Choose between 2 schedules:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm OR 4 days a week (longer shifts)
Computer with a Chrome browser and a headset
Fast and reliable internet connection and electricity
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred


Roles and Responsbilities
You will be assisting patients over the phone with:
Scheduling appointments
Checking for lab results
Looking up authorizations
General clinic information


Pay:
$12, $15,000.00 per month


COVID-19 considerations:
This position is fully remote


Education:


  • High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • English and Spanish fluently (required)
