ACTIVIDADES:
Dar cumplimiento a las políticas y procedimientos para el funcionamiento y operación de la oficina.
Elaborar planes de trabajo en conjunto con su equipo para el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas por la empresa con respecto a la colocación de los créditos.
Asegurar que las otorgaciones de crédito sean con respecto a la metodología con la finalidad de evitar el riesgo de mora de la cartera.
Recuperación de los créditos colocados. Identificar zonas de trabajo para el crecimiento de la oficina. Realizar reportes de avance en el cumplimiento de las metas. Promover el desarrollo de las habilidades de sus subordinados así como el trabajo en equipo. Mantener buen ambiente laboral y bajo índice de rotación.OFRECEMOS:
