Experiencia

Account manager responsible of an specific list of clients and potential leads of Ring central.
Responsible of attending any request from my clients.
Dedicated to negotiate and ensure renewals.
I had to create an specific calendar with specific time frames to contact the clients to ensure
the renewal and be sure to meet all dead lines.
In charge of creating more than 2 quotes to negotiate with the client, set up meetings in case
the customer would request it.
I needed to present my performance and numbers in a performance readout form that I
designed with both my Manager and Client.
I won an award for the highest renewal rate for Q2 and Q4 of the 2022.
