Social Service at ASA (Airports and Auxiliary Services), Mexico City. January 2016 – September 2016.
I completed my social service at ASA in the administrative area, I used to do delivery of documents from one department to another, also I used to do repairs to computers that required assistance.
I worked here for 9 months since I had to cover those hours to get my school title.
Employee at McDonald ́s, Mexico City.
May 2018 – September 2018.
I gave assistance to customers since I developed in the cashier position because of my way of providing customer service.
This was my first job and I consider that I learned a lot about hard working. This was a vacation ́s period of 5 moths.
Agent at Teleperformance, Mexico City.
May 2019 – December 2020.
This was my first job in English, here I learned a lot about customer service. Literally we had classes and teachers that gave us lessons of customer services, we received constant updates of the products and new technics of interaction.
I used to have conversations every day with customer from several places of The United States, so I improved my English level because of that.
The first campaign that I worked at was called “Xfinity by Comcast”, an internet and cable company focused on customer service and technical support. I used to get calls regarding issues like: bills going up, interruption of services, changes of routers, technical support.
The second company was called “Chime”, an online bank where I received calls about payments that the members were supposed to get days before.
As a team, we managed very sensitive information since it was a bank institution.
Of course, all of this helped me to get a better and more professional interaction with people and in my personal life.

I applied what I had learned in my previous jobs here, to be honest I consider that it ́s the best job experience that I ́ve had, I loved preparing myself for this job, studying, knowing all the procedures and emergency equipment, being able to help others and interact with my partners and the customers. Knowing places that I’d never been to before...
It was a totally different experience for me, I enjoyed it so much and I was very good at it. Today I have all my documents valid and in order.

I decided to study this career since I ́ve always wanted to be a flight attendant. I concluded successfully and received all my valid documents. This school gave me the opportunity to be part of the Volaris crew members.
