Responsible for the correct operation and integrity of the mechanical process, performed in dynamic and static equipment in the BRP Assembler Facilities, including the control of man hours and KPI results, Review of the progress of the JRZ III project, Prefabrication, Manufacturing, Assembly and Painting Area. Verification of installation of Chillers, Paint ovens, paint booths, Conveyors, Fire systems, Plant air system. 

May 2020 – October 2020 MECHANICAL ENGINEER SUPPORT OF EQUIPMENT & PIPING

Company: ARENDAL Project: Compressor Station / Location: Sonora Mexico

Provide support in the Mechanical area of Equipment and pipes, including the control of man hours and KPI's results. Supervising the following field Activities: Strategic planning for the assembly of Piping systems and equipment such as: Gas Systems, Lubrication System, Plant Air System and Services, Water System, Gas Condensate Systems, Gas Venting System, Oil Drain System and Fire and Gas System Equipment Installation: Taurus 70 - Solar Turbo Compressors, Storage Tanks, Coalescing Filters, Air Coolers, Gas Motor Generators, Gas Separator Skids.

May 2018 – May 2020  CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL ENGINEER OF PIPING & EQUIPMENT

Responsible for providing support on the Mechanical Area, In the construction of the hot rolling line ProjectLACA in Monterrey Nuevo Leon  , Activities: Torque in equipment’s, Alignment, Leveling and erection equipment. (Erection and installation).

Responsible in mechanical and pipeline construction area at the Combined Cycle Power Plant North III in Ciudad Juarez Chihuahua. Composed by four HRSG, four Gas Turbines 7F.04 (60 Hz) GE , two Toshiba TCDF Steam Turbines, Two steam aero condensers and one water treatment plant (erection and installation).

Responsible for the correct execution in mechanical construction of the Altamira Compression Station in Altamira Tamaulipas Composed by: Compression and cooling system,(Three Units General Electric LM2500) ,fuel Gas System, Compressed Air System, Lubrication and Recovery Oil System, Oil Drains, Service air and Water, Major Diameter Valves and Piping installation of all systems for the final Mechanical delivery to Transcanada and the customer CFE (erection and installation)

March 2017 – May 2018 CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL RESIDENT

Responsible for the correct execution mechanical construction of the La Laguna Compression Station. Composed by: Compression (Two Units Siemens SGT-400) and cooling system, Fuel Gas System, Compressed Air System, Lubrication and Recovery Oil System, Oily Drains, Service and Plant Water, Major Diameter Valves and Piping installation of all systems for the final mechanical delivery to the customer CFE (Construction program supervision under norms and standards)

February 2016 – March 2017  MECHANICAL ENGINEER TFA TO ERECTION AND CONSTRUCTION - MECHANICAL TFA

July 2015 - February 2016  MECHANICAL ENGINEER IN PRE-COMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING AND STARTUP

Company: Jay Ray Mcdermott Mexico / Location: Houston Texas

Activities: Responsible for the correct functioning and integrity of the mechanical process performed in sour gas platform PB-LIT-A. Integration of delivery protocols Pemex, Commissioning of various systems. Managed Packages: diesel system, air system and instruments system, chemical injection package, potable water, fire water system, dehydrators, separators 2nd and 3rd Stage, Turbo Solar pumps, booster Crude pumps, manuals hoists, winches electric and Pedestal cranes.

February 2015 – July 2015   CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT, PRE- COMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING AND START-UP 

Company: Ethylene XXI (BRASKEM IDESA) Location: Coatzacoalcos Veracruz.

Activities: Management and control tests in several major systems such a the system of natural gas, and lines of PCI (Fire Protection) Monitoring of field Works, responsible for implementation of the correct work force. August 2014 - February 2015  MECHANICAL ENGINEER & COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR

Company: Dragados Off Shore Location: Tampico Alto,  Veracruz.

Activities: Performance Testing and communications under simulated conditions, PRE-start testing and operational testing. Example: simulation of control loops, test firing systems, run motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, leak testing, drying and inerting lines and equipment. In Platform Gas purifying CA-LIT-A

2010 - 2012  ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN MECHANIC Responsible to inerting and preventive maintenance of the equipment in place: heat exchangers, storage tanks, compressors, air coolers, columns, accessories.
