job description
 Publishing job openings in different sourcing channels and contact
candidates trough LinkedIn
 Handle screening process and share to Hiring Manager
 Coordinate and scheduled interviews for pre – selected candidates,
including phone, video and person interviews
 Assesment’s application to possible finalist candidates
 Coordinate the arriving of foreign candidates to the city.
 Administrate and participate in final decision meeting with Hiring
Managers, HRBP and interviewers to select the best candidate.
 Partner with HRBP and compensation team to agree a salary
recommendation for job offer
 Extend job offer to candidates.
