Cesar Cecena

I’m a bilingual professional with over two decades of experience in education, hospitality, and customer engagement across Mexico, Canada, and the United States. With a strong foundation in English teaching and coordination, I’ve guided learners of all ages while also managing teams and developing pedagogical materials. My international experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at a Canadian hotel and working remotely as an Appointment Setter for a U.S.-based company.

I hold degrees in Industrial Design and English Language Teaching, and I’ve earned certifications in CELPIP, TOEFL, Cambridge, and Trinity examinations. I’m also skilled in CRM systems, video and audio production, and a wide range of creative software—from Adobe Suite to music production tools.

Whether I’m managing customer relationships, coordinating educational programs, or producing multimedia content, I bring a unique blend of creativity, cultural insight, and technical fluency to every project I take on.
