Coordinated the proper execution of the performance programs for employees of the region.Collaborated to improve and analyze the results of the employee NPS survey, which changed to a more positive impression of the company by 25%.

Supported employee relations, and counseled them when in need; coached and guided regional hiring managers to solve problems and provided advice (cultural transformation). Analyzed feedback from different teams to change and align their training and employee needs according to the company’s OKRs. Directed negotiations with Latin America’s benefits vendors, which translated into better insurance coverage for the staff and a cost reduction of 20%.        

Developed and facilitated workshops for new employees to embrace the culture and core values of the company. Supported the recruiting processes when assigned.

Created monthly surveys to track training results/ needs (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Peru), in addition to having ongoing communication with more than 250 employees for culture fit and cultural transforamtion understanding.     

Coordinated and led new hire orientation sessions for 7 LATAM countries (presential and online); partnered with local department heads to regionalize and create training content, as necessary.

Controlled end-to-end fundraising initiatives for Female Founder Space, by attracting investors, stakeholders, and social entrepreneurs. Increased partnerships with international NGOs and expanded the network in the Berlin area.

Accelerated all social media and website content, increasing followers, partners, and donors in a 10% to the Organization. Organized international (Zürich, Copenhagen, Barcelona) and domestic (Berlin, Hamburg) events, which expanded the network by 40%.
